Foreword By the Head Of School

MIT World Peace University focuses on providing quality education for the global sustainability, peace, happiness, and development of vibrant youth. A grandeur National level event ‘Nirmitee’ is organized by the School of Civil Engineering every year with zeal and enthusiasm. This year Nirmitee is going to be conducted online on the 29th and 30th of April 2021. This event offers a platform to Civil Engineering enthusiasts and helps to gauge their logical and technical skills. Advances and innovations have always played a substantial role in the era of civil engineering, building construction design, and structures. We have adorned new facets and  personalized the digital world, in this industry. In recent years extensive effort has been devoted to the stimuli-responsive smart materials and nanostructures in the building. These smart construction materials enhance the overall performance of new buildings and ensure longer durability of building elements, making the environment more sustainable and habitable. Cultural heritage surrounding historical architecture also encompasses a multi-disciplinary relationship. Hence taking into consideration this digital euphoria, smart construction materials and the awareness of our heritage, we are proud to introduce this year’s theme ‘E-Credible India’ Nirmitee 2021 is a dedicated and committed effort for inspiring, motivating, and mobilizing the youth talent in the venture. We aim to provide participants with a plethora of knowledge and ample opportunities. Our best wishes to all the participants who have aspirations and who will make Nirmitee 2021 a memorable event.
